Well boys today in CT it was over 65 degrees, not bad for mid November.

I also was very fortunate to run Mr Mike Funaro's 346,372 and 576 saws at length.

I have pm'd and emailed Mike prior, but had never met him until today.

Super nice and well versed guy for sure.

We went to 2 different spots working some small recently felled wood to some big very seasoned hardwood.

observations from the day: 346 with 16" rips, all smiles.

372 with 20", that combo was the cats azz, chips everywhere.

576 with 24" was a monster even in very seasoned hard oak.

A big thanks to Mike for allowing me to spend some time running his saws.

My first time running any of the listed saws, and they all are super impressive :):):)

Sounds like a fun day with lots of great saws, especially the 346. That one would be the next on my list. I will be headed out tommorrow to help a friend cut down a few oaks at his place. Will be using Dolmar/Makita 7901, newly rebuilt 262 Husky and Stihl 024 super. Should be in the low 70's here in north Florida.

Sounds like you guys had fun. I put my
Restored Homelite 3100 to the test as well.
Very nice day to exercise some saws.

SHHHH

Mike is a great guy, but don't let it get out, he has a reputation to keep up.

Glad you guys had a great time. If you're ever in the area let me know I'll hand you the PS7900. It's usually good for a few OMGs and grin.

Take Care
