I am looking to buy a chainsaw to help clear new trails at an off road vehicle park. Generally this consists of small trees and limbs. I'm interested in a Sachs Dolmar 112 on eBay, but have also considered a Stihl ms170. Both are around the same price. I think the Dolmar is better made, but is also much older. Which do you think would be the best saw for me, and will hold up over time the best?

I like the ms170/180 series saws for limbing. Light and powerful enough for a 12-14" bar. Can handle an occasional 12-14" limb but would not buy one for continuous use in that size wood. I had about $100 in the last one I bought. Still runs very well and I gave it to my teenage daughter for her training saw and it gets used frequently.
