CAD is rearing it's ugly head...

I REALLY don't need a 100cc saw, but...

And I REALLY REALLY don't need another 371...

But I could use my current 371 as a parts saw for the big bore or vice-versa...

Thoughts?

IMHO neither of those saws is a must have at those prices, especially if you weren't in the market for them in the first place.

I have a 394 and it is a great saw, but it is sort of an oddball with little to no aftermarket support. A P&C is a killer from Husky. While it is possible to convert it to a 395, it takes quite a few parts and $$.

The 372 big bore sounds like a $150 blown up saw with a $100 aftermarket top end tossed on it. It could be a great saw, could be junk. I see the original top end is included so it probably didn't blow up, but still...

I would pass. Not that those saws are a bad deal, but better deal will come along.

I didn't "need" the last 7, but you will find a use for em!!running 394 for $400 pretty good deal, 371 better be in really good shape for that kind of cashopcorn:

Thanks for the thoughts on the saws. I knew they weren't especially great deals - the 394 could be completely thrashed.

I'll call the guy and see if he'll do a little 'dealing'.
