Another poison ivy thread

Scrub brush and straight bleach. Burns like fire and leaves scabs. No itch.

I actually open the blisters first, scrub with 100% bleach and then wash off the bleach with a good soap. The bleach will make its own irritation if not washed off. Yep, fire and scabs, but its gone.

This is an old Indian remedy. It needs to be your own pee though.
