He's being a copycat and trying out a technique I used on him and his bud earlier in P&R - only it ain't working out for him very well.

I believe others have said you were quite young so that seems odd.

With that being said then with your "years of experience" I would think you could add something productive instead of destructive.

Bill, the op got plenty of good advice from us... then you jumped on here with this burning tire nonsense and derailed the thread. Stop projecting... unlike P and R, here facts matter, and if you're recommending poor or unsafe practices you will get called on it.

The OP got all the help they needed about 6 1/2 years ago. If he hasn't gotten that pile burned up by now, no amount of advice here is ever going to help him.
