tell yah what.. you come up,, and tell my brother that about his shop...

its absolutely awesome with a couple caveats.....if the floor will be wet a fair amount it sucks because the heated floor evaporates the water and makes it awfully humid in the shop and the other is in ohio we have days where it will be 70* and the next day it is 20* then back up to 70*. the cold day is great, its the hot day following it that sucks, the concrete is already hot and radiating heat with no way to shut it down so it becomes an oven.

standing on that heated floor in the middle of winter is heaven though...and it jsut feels even better if you have to be down on the floor working under something.

Maybe it's just the firewood hack in me, but is anyone else thinking, just chuck a tarp over those rafters, leave the side open and the breeze coming through and fill that shed with firewood? Maybe take out the studs at this end so you can get at the dry wood next Winter.
