i definitly prefer 3/4 wraps half wraps are pretty useless around here unless your just cutting firewood i even got a 3/4 wrap i use on my 026

How'd you get a factory wrap fir a 026?:monkey:

i just put a regular 3/4 stilh wrap one of the bottom bolt holes wont line up but it holds good with 3 and its simple to dril new hole in handle to make fit for all 4 screws. makes it very nice when thinning reprod

Just spent the day working as an evaluator for a S-211 Wildland Power Saws class, and made believers of at least five students in the usefulness of a 3/4 wrap handle. Standing in one place through the entire felling process is a pretty big bonus. Even if your cuts aren't level, if they're at least parallel, the tree will fall controllably without spinning. That's much harder to do if you have to go to the other side of the tree for the back cut, and a lot less safe if you have to back-bar for any of your cuts.
