Looking at possibly buying an 590 echo I hear really good things about them but I want to change the bar on it to match my husky 55 and dolmar 510 what bar would work I just want it easier to buy chainsaw swap them around my friend I cut with also runs the same chains so makes it easier if we have an issue plus we buy in bulk sizes are 20 72 teeth 050 3/8 and 18 68 050 3/8 thanks

You would just have to buy a D176 Mount bar that uses 72 dl, the standard 590 20” bar is only 70 dl.

Tsumara 027FV4, but it is a heavy bar so keep that in mind, I'm sure they make one in a light model, I put a Sugi on my sons 590 but the cost is crazy. You could also consider going to a Stihl mount with an adapter.

I have a CS600P which I have adapted to use a Stihl D025 mount for a 16" bar (60DL, .050" gauge, 3/8" pitch) by filing the opposite sides of 8MM thread (13MM hex) of two nuts to allow the bar to fit the D176 Echo mount. Fortunately, the oil holes line up. I also have adapted the Husqvarna K095 mount (used on the Husqvarna 55) by filing two 8MM nuts to fit the D176 mount, which allows me to use a 24" bar (81DL, .050" gauge, 3/8" pitch). I still use the factory 20" with 70DLs but when it wears out I will replace it with a 72DL bar for more chain options. Right now I get much better prices on 72DL Oregon chain loops so I end up taking out two DLs to use with the factory bar.
