First stinging on e-bay

The new changes, the buyers being able to neg feedback without
a downside, will stifle things for a while. The college grad that thought
up that terd should be shot, The other measures they have installed,
will just make feedback almost totally meaningless..................

But they will not hear, or listen............

The feedback changes must not be in place yet.

Got my first negative on the ebay experience I posted on this thread.

Had to file a claim with Paypal, won the dispute, left feedback for the buyer and this week, received negative. Tried to contact Ebay, but keep getting a form letter response.

It turns out, I can get the neg. feedback removed, but I have to pay Square Trade $29.99 for the investigation. Pretty stinky deal. Especially when Ebay, can review the Paypal dispute and see the seller never even responed.
