I cant seem to figure out how to remove these screws from a broken top cover so I can switch them to a good cover. These are the big 1/4 to 1/2 turn type screws

Push down with the screntch and turn. Kinda a pain if they didn't get moved in a while.
Im trying to remove them from the cover so I can use the screws in another cover. They turn just fine, but I cant seem to pull them out of the cover to use in a different cover........
They have a little flange that just with tight tolerance pushes through the plastic that gives enough to let them in but not easily escape. You can just punch them out. Or, buy new ones for $1.79 .
