Yes Sir I sure did. No I did not but have built a bunch of 288,s the 181 are truly great saws in stock form mine was a twin thin ring.

Yes you are the 181 makes a bunch of compression I did not want to start modding it.

No takers huh? I bet they know they can't start it

If mine didn't have a decomp , there's no way this old man could start it.
Me and a buddy took 3 saws plus a crank from a 394 to build mine.
I hogged intake and exhaust , opened the muffler port is all I did to the muff.
Truelly is a saw to respect , puts my 390 to shame. Drools bar oil like a leaking well. Got to luv that.
