I just bought this 350, with rough idle and it wants to bog down and die when i give it throttle, there was water in the gas that i drained outta the tank. I put new gas in and it does the same thing, I also checked the fuel line for cracks and there were none. Any help would be appreciated, maybe card needs adjusted ????

Probably a good candidate for a carb cleaning and kit. I would probably just go ahead and put new fuel lines on it while you have it apart. You can try the adjustment first but probably won't help much. A little at a time and keep track of how much you turn the screws. You can start by turning each one counter-clockwise about 1/4 turn.
