Nope. But, it is starting to separate. Still attached at the center. Remember, Tom, the sprocket is a symptom.

Did the bar kick back into the sprocket and cause all that, a broken chain adjuster to boot?

Nope.

It isn't bent. I have never seen this problem on a 621 that I have worked on. Bearing spins nice and quiet. No up and down play on the crank.

The bearings are tight on the crank. Can you smell it???? Sooooo close.
