I'd agree. 036 is a dang fine saw. And I'd pay $200 for a nice one.

if it runs good. get it fast but not so fast as to let him know what a deal u are getting.. learn the saw. fix cut setup if necessary. new 7 pin sprocket ,good chain,for your your use.. you set, as well as anybody could be for 200 bucks.. a good bet ..
