Ms261 question

Hi. I am looking at a ms261c at my local pawn shop. Looks pretty clean and they want 445 Canadian. While at the shop I did the compression check of holding the saw from the cord to see if it would hold itself up...it did not. Should this saw do that if comp. Is good?

My ms362, 036, 034, and 2100cd do so I am assuming this one should as well .

I'd saw walk away from that particular saw. Price seems high and the compression sounds low.

Thanks for the reply, these saws dont come up often on the used market up where I live so I might try and take the muffler off at the shop and look at the piston. I suppose it could have a bad decomp button.
