Folks, I'd appreciate any help on identifying my insert and/or finding a new bolt for the door. As measured by my calipers, the bolt is .65" at the head, .40" wide at the shaft, and 2.8" long. I have not been able to find a manufacturer ID on the insert.

Not sure if it's possible, but just a thought. A 7/16" long shouldered carriage bolt should work. Might maybe have to drill out the holes just a sneezle if there isn't already slop in them. Cut off the threads of the bolt to match needed length and it should drop in with a soft tap or two to seat it in position. I'd also suggest a quick dab of high temp anti-seize on the pins at all four corners to avoid wear. Any hardware, auto parts or big box place should have the bolts for about a dollar.
