So over the past year me and my brother have been turning a two man model 99 into a hotsaw to use at local competitions. Since it was the biggest cc saw I could get my hands one we went with it so far we have built a frame for it and mounted a bar. It cut slow so I sent the cylinder out to friend to be ported and it came back amazing.... we ran it again with stock head and a pipe off a 125cc dirtbike, it ran night and day different but still not good enough so I just finished making a high comp head for it . Has anybody else done this conversion ? Ill post pics once I dig them up on the computer

I'm going to make a pipe for it tomorrow, right now I have a jetski carb on it and am having a hell of a time getting it jetted right with the pop-off valve. has anyone used a jetski carb with good results? Or should I go back to a dirt bike carb?

So I got the pipe done its not the nicest pipe out there but it works seems to run good. I switched the jetski carb out for the dirt bike one and it runs a lot better. Now just waiting on a 3/8ths sprocket and ill post a video of how it cuts image-75c04c168c36893fc6537b8261f0cbf9a676410a31c52d23f05b2f086db6f508-V.jpg
