The larger hole that is plugged is the tank vent. It must be unplugged in order for the oiler to work correctly.

Thanks Brad. I figured that out looking at the IPL. What's the hole just to the right of the stud? There is a second hole in the guide plate, like for a mounting screw. But unless I'm just missing it, it isn't labeled in the IPL?

The hole between the two studs is for the mounting plate as shown with the plate on in the first pic. Then I am showing the diam and it is small and like a screw thread.

Leave it! it is a plug from the factory.
