P T O driven splitter again

Specifications If you lookie see ,these numbnutz have put both the hydro hookup unit and the P T O hook up on the same speck sheet.I think i am reading this correctly,the P T O driven unit does-not rely on the tractor hydrylics at all as long as the PTO shaft is puttin out the correct revolutions.? I just tested my pressure and it is only at 1500 psi meeger at best.the hydro hookup version of this only puts out 9 ton of force with 1500.any advise or comments would be appreciated:computer:
