Poulan vs Husky Replacement Parts

I am doing a restoration of a Husky 262xp and noticed that several online parts sites offer, for a given Husky part number, both a Poulan and a Husky part. In all cases the Poulan part is considerably cheaper, sometimes five times cheaper. Is there any difference between these identical part number parts?
