Primer, slow to reinflate ???

Sorry guys, a blower question, did a search, found little to none or not searching correct terms... What does a primer that is slow to reinflate after you press it indicate? What should I be looking for? Otherwise, blower seems 100%. Just literally, takes about 6 seconds to reinflate primer each time. Thanks.

Have you tried loosening the fuel cap to see if there's any negative pressure in the tank?

bad tank vent/ cap
dirty fuel filter
