Removing bakelite ms200 seals?

I don't have a expensive oem puller. I could use some ideas on removing the old oem bakelite crank seals. Thanks!
 
They'll normally break regardless of your method. I just skew one side further in by tapping it with a screwdriver and hammer. Then use a pic or smaller screwdriver with a hook cut into it to pry out the pieces being aware of any remnants that may get into the bearings. (Blow thoroughly clean with compressed air.)

Use the common 9640-003-1190 seal as a replacement.
