Hello All, been lurking on the site for awhile soaking up lots of knowledge and tips, now i am needing some help.
Wife bought a 14 inch Ryobi 40v saw last year and it has been a really handy little tool, I am impressed with the power.
Last weekend she was cleaning up some brushy trees and little pecan trees that are too close to driveway and hit a small metal pipe that broke off end of motor shaft where clutch mounts.
A new motor is more than half the price of new saw, so now looking for a motor for decent price. Checked Ebay and that was laughable what some folks want for broken saws.
Any help or ideas is appreciated, now I can run the gas saws more to take up her slack.
