For those of you already wearing glasses, what do you recommend for eye protection?

I've been using Bolle Edge with the prescription insert for the past 15 years or so. I bought two pair of glasses, a clear lens, and the prescription insert on a clearance sale. If I ever lose the prescription insert I'll have to start over. I usually keep the clear lens in one frame and a sunglass lens in the other, and put my prescription in whichever one matches the weather best.

Here's the modern equivalent, you just pop out the nosepad and pop in the prescription frame behind the tinted lens:
