Man, those little buggers are fun and the broader worksaw powerband will make a race saw guy have to be spot on or it just may wax them :dancing:. Bob was positive it was 42cc's not the 36cc I said it was . Its probably one of the best mid 30cc homeowner saws out there. and the 41 might be even more of a good thing.

Pfft, you guys and your snow blowers hahaha. Here is a snow blower.

We're having a heck of an ice storm. If the weather guessers are right.......I doubt I'll be shipping anything this week.

Considering that I live at the bottom of the hill.........I don't see anything getting in and out of here. I'm not even gonna try. I also ain't gonna ask my FedEx driver to bring his truck down in here.

I've got a new helper, that will fit right in with the crew, and will do runs to the USPS, UPS, and FedEX too.

Also trained in cutting, splitting, and stacking cordwood. He'll even cut with a wild thingy.

You NEED wood heat/stove, just because of times like these.

If you don't have kero or fuel conditioner a little bit of pump gas stops things from jelling too.

Don't forget outside home fuel tanks with #2 will jell also, you need to run kero in winter or have the tank inside.

P.S. it's when the street signs get hidden you know it's winter

Just keep a low fire built under them. No problem.

It was 5 oF high today and I spent all day outside raking off the house/barn roofs and shoveling. Went out snowshoeing until about 7:30 PM and it was -F after the sun went down. Was down to a t-shirt and a thermal fleece on top even with the wind blowing. Still had to keep hands and nose/ears covered.

Wind and cold don't bother you once you get working, if you are cold, you are not working hard enough

P.S. lots of deer track where they were yarded up, the fishers were fun to track

i didn't get cold shoveling the driveway today 1 inch of ice under 15+ inches of snow armed with only a scoop shovel

Now you are getting on the program! Do that 2-3 times/week for a few months.

Proper snow tools are good to have just like proper saw tools. Snow/ice comes in many flavors just like trees
