The very first thing i learned when i moved to OR. Let people know, even if your the only one around. We all used "ON THE BAAAACK" so if you hear what sounds like 3 words off in the shrubs, be aware.

So did your friend brake any bones or anything? 100', sounds like he got whipped. I guess you could call that luck. Hopefully his memory returns.

Yep, he got whipped good. Bunch of cracked vertebrae in his back but it doesn't stop him. He still gets up and moves although he's gotta get up slow still even. Big gash in the back of his head that's pretty well healed up now. I'm gonna be seeing him later today I think. He's actually the wife's uncle And we're having a big family BBQ tonight. He said he'd be there but we'll see.

Im sorry for your loss . I'm very familiar with it . around 25% of the guys I cut with are either dead or really messed up.
