Tree Farmer 6c brake question

The brakes are shot on my 89," caliper and shoes" parts no longer are available, no luck in searching at junk yards, I am trying to find one new that can be modified to work, apparently not an uncommon problem after talking to Golden Rule today, anyone have a fix for this or a idea of what would work..Bob

sorry i can't help much........maybe you could adapt somthing from a ton truck?
there was a guy on FF wanting to give away some franklin brake parts.......
