The dealer filled the oil and gas. I only ran what he put in. Hope he did not put straight in, I could be screwed.

Should've bought a johnsered! Joking aside, probably a part on the wrong end of tolerance. Should be an easy fix, just swap for another one. On the other hand, from this point forward, you'll always be thinking about the one you "blew up".

Friend works at a saw shop. He was tuning a new saw after putting mix in for the first time and it stopped. Wrist pin retaining ring came out. It happens.

Don't blame the brand or the model. Get it replaced and carry on.
