What's up with Hutzl?

I used to get items from Hutzl in 2 to 3 weeks but now I have been waiting 5 weeks for a P/C combo and the tracking number gives NO information at all. Hutzl says it was shipped and is now stalled in Canada Customs but gave no explanation about how they can track it and I can't. Is this the new "normal"?

Items shipped by China Post seem to travel at random speed and tracking appears to sometimes work and sometimes not.
Just ask the seller how long before the package can be considered "lost in transit" and what's their policy (refund, ship another etc).

I've never paid a penny in custom duties/VAT when ordering from China, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka and Malaysia, even when full item values is declared.
Don't ask me how they do that.
