Seems like way to many reports claiming bad gas, I’ve only experienced that issue once and taking the carburetor apart to clean it cured the problem . Back then I was using regular gas in everything but these days I use premium non ethanol in all my small engine stuff. I kinda think ethanol gets blamed for way more problems than it’s actually responsible for.

I’m not so sure. My husky dealer told me to run high test gas in all my power equipment, life before ethanol. Now with ethanol I was told that my mix would last for 30 days and still use high test. I’m using the husky 50:1 pre mix. These cans are suppose to last for up to three years while in the sealed can. If I need a lot of mix I’ll go to a local non ethanol gas station.(3-5 gallons).
