My neighbor has an old Internationl 350 that has been sitting for years rusting. It has a loader and a hoe with a bunch of cylinders on it. they seem small except for the one on the shove. l used my caliper to take some measurements, 2.016 ID and 3.940 OD. I didn't have a tape measure with me but I guesstimate that it has a 20-21 inch stroke.

It looks like you have a good start on the hydraulics. You'll have your work cut out for you, but it's do-able. Don't forget to post pics of you progress.

You have some good usable stuff there for sure. I have a 350 tractor myself and it runs 1750psi. But they will probably all run 2500 without any problems, don't know if I would push 3000psi into them. Post lots of pics and let us know how it turns out.

Anything is possible, depends on what size wood you intend to split, what you plan to power it with etc. etc.
That being said, build away, use it until it no longer suits your needs and then sell it or hand it off to a sibling. :)

Looks like a good start to me. The cylinder on mine is a dipper cylinder off a case back hoe, 4 inch w/ 2 inch bore. The pump might be a problem to match up with a lovejoy and an adapter, but maybe not. Good luck on your build!! Oh, and save the pins for the ends of the cylinder, they are hardened and can be hard to find unless you buy brand new.

Pump will need alot of horsepower to run it too, like a full sized engine at least 30 but better with 40 or more horsepower
