If you can't find the Ryobi parts get Earthquake CS3814 parts (the Earthquake pump will even be adjustable): http://www.getearthquake.com/Parts/Structure/1539

You can also search eBay for "g3800 chainsaw", you should find lots of new and used parts. It's probably best to get a pump and worm as a set as there have been a couple of different diameters.

No pics, how do I know?

Look at IPL's, look at parts on eBay, etc. Or listen to people you've asked.

Alright, I get it, it's not my money so I have due diligence before spending it. Thanks all

Well, asking here gets a wide range of responses. One must decide which ones to trust.
Chris always gives sound advice, I'd trust his response.
I would add more if I had any first hand experience with these models.

Looking up these ipls, do they share the same part numbers?

Everyhing I see is their own sku#

What is going on with the current pump assembly?

The Ryobi RY10532 is a Zenoah/RedMax GZ400 in different colors, but even those two don't share the same pump kit number.

The GZ400/4000/4500 and the G3800 all share the same chassis. The 38 & 41cc Earthquakes are clones of the G3800. There is a new Ryobi RY3714 & RY3716 that are clearly the same chassis as the RY10532, but I do not see any parts available for it yet. The Earthquake pumps & worms will swap onto them all.

Pump sku 309516001

Is there a specific ryobi site to reference? I googled but no dice with the parts sites I found

I tried to post the link to the ryobis parts site but no go. You found the site though.
