Also want to send a big thank you out to HimWill for the Hopkins Flotool 10101...I will put it to good use...

You're welcome,I hope all of you get some use out of them, handy little gadget in my opinion.

To all of you that got Poison Ivy(or think you might),the best home remedy I've found is to spray it with an anti-perspirant.Arrid Extra Dry works really well. The active ingredient, aluminum chlorohydrate, dries it up and neutralizes the oil that causes the reaction.

I belive I can safely say fun was had by all. I just hope everyone returned home safely. That is one thing that always worries me.

It was a perfect day to meet new people and run saws. I did not take many pictures. I did shoot a couple videos of some great guys running a couple of my saws. If no one objects I will post them to youtube.

Bill

Looked like a great time!!!!

I'm sorry I didnt get to make it.....Enjoyed seein alot of my friends in the pics!!!!!

Glad you made it home safely Bill, you've been going for about 24 hrs. straight haven't you?I'll bet you get some sleep tonight.
Great looking line up of saws, what was the yellow one,I don't recognize that one at all.

Enlarged the picture,a Mac BP-1 by golly.I've only seen the model mentioned a few times and no pictures.(A couple of blurry videos though.) About how many escaped the recall, any body have any idea?

I have been up now almost 24hrs but heck it is worth it. I will catch a couple hours sleep and help the boys get the fair projects ready to go in a few hours.

That is a good call on the BP1 If you look close it is missing something important. The recoil rope is gone. The gosh darn thing keeps cutting the rope. They are not the easiest recoil assemblies to work on either. One of these days I will get it sorted out. My goal is always to take some of oddball and lesser know models with me. There is no doubt my old vintage saws were well outclassed in speed but most of the old girls ran decent for what they are. I got sidetracked with all the great guys and forgot one of my old West Bend 820 powered saws.

On a side note the BP1 was not the rarest saw I brought.

Bill

I hated having to miss this one..

How was the Sassafras tea? Any Jerky show up on the table?

Ian

Appears everyone had a good time. Plus met a great many new faces. That is what this is all about.. Having a good time and meeting a few new fine folks.
I really hated missing out on Outdoors jerky.
Thanks again to Levi and Crystal for hosting the GTG.
