What did the guy say you should do if a carb goes bad, how do you readjust? with the EPA and all watching over?

If a carb goes bad thats a repair, it can be disassemble and repaired and adjusted. I don't have a emission tester, only a tach, shhhhhhhhh. However if the carb is un repairable the same carb is to go back on the unit. The days of using a old WT194 on a new MS260 are over. Get caught, you payyyyyy..
