I think I have a 029 super and a ms290. Both have been sitting, probably need fuel lines and carb kits, not sure what else. I can get pics tomorrow, let me know if there is anything specific you'd like to see.

looking for crankshaft for 026

Tore down a really used 026 the other day. Much to my surprise it needs a crank. The rod bearing has more play than I would like to see. So I guess it's time to split the case and find a replacement. Thought Bailey's would have one but not according to the website. Ebay has a few aftermarket but I wonder about reliability.

Looking for poulan micro or craftsman 2.0 or even a poulan 1.8 saw just needs compession and spark... i have different saws to trade a craftsman 2.1 red mag case no bar chain or guide plates and 2 poulan s2da saws i also have alot of parts from homlite super 2 saws and an old shinny good compression no spark none of these have bar and chains and i dont need a bar n chain on any of the ones i get. most of thes saws have been lightly cleaned mine does not need to be i enjoy that but if it is thats cool also! thanks!Ps i have many 25da chainsaw parts.

really really really want a project 660 or bigger saw. let me know dont have any trade but have some green paper that i will trade you for. sorry but stihl only. dont have another dealer of any kind around except shindaiwa and dont know anything about those saws so yeah stihl only.

Hey Guys, Im looking to get rid of this saw. Stihl 039, Runs good, all bearings are tight good comp, good spark.

Probably needs a new B&C But besides that good saw. Im gonna be checking for air leaks on it today. So ill tell you all whats up with it when I do that
Im looking to sell it or trade it if the item is right. Im not needing much out of it for I am trying to buy a laptop, Or i wouldnt be getting rid of it

Ms290: top cover is broken, airfilter cover knob is broken, 140psi on my gauge

029 Super: chainbrake handle is broken, 125psi

Both of these saws have been sitting for at least 2 years. Compression tests were done just after pulling them off the shelf. If you have any questions or want to see anything else please let me know. I don't think these will take much work to get going.

Missing the springs for the starter pawls? I assume the rubber band that was around them to make them retract wasn't factory.

Two bolts missing from the recoil cover. P/C looks new, machine marks still on the piston.

I don't think it saw much use, they probably didn't think it cut well. I can't imagine what the problem could've been.

I picked the saw up and heard something hit the floor. It was the repair to case half, that I hadn't noticed before. :(

If anybody is still interested in this as a parts saw please let me know. The piston and cylinder look mint, if that helps anyone.
