Came to the shop this morning to work on the boom on the log truck, snuck over to my saw shop area to check something on my pioneer 600.... No where to be found.
I started looking around discoverd a couple other saws missing! My poulan 2050 I ported and painted stihl colors and plus a small poulan top handle I had sitting in my big box of saws and stuff. Went to search around alittle more, missing all my air tools (brand new kobalt air tool kit) brand new floor jack, havent noticed anything else missing yet.

But what doesnt make any sence is no sign of a break in, and they left all the expensive stuff! My contra and 076 were sitting right next to my 600. I had my 028 FB that looks brand new with brand new bar sitting on my work bench, amd they take a poulan top handle, a 50 y.o saw and minor tools?

If I find out who did it I swear on my mothers grave they will not walk away walking normally! I dont think iv ever been so mad in my life! Just needed to vent alittle....

That really sux. That little Poulan 2050 is a unique piece and might be a help in finding them. Sounds like they didn't know what they were taking.

Sorry to hear that. But as always its more likely than not, that the person responsible for the theft is someone you know. I always tell people to get with a detective and check either weekly/monthly the state pawn shop reports that are sent to county Sheriff dept's.
I really hope you get your property back.
Good luck.

Maybe a Stolen saw sticky would be in order on the AS? That way a lot of guys would be able to keep their eyes out for your stuff if they pop up on fleabay or CL, which is likely if the perp is looking for an easy transaction. Maybe you could even sting the guy if he is that lacking in gray matter'tween the ears. That is too bad. I feel for you, no matter what it is, when your stuff gets stolen, you feel violated, I know how you feel.:msp_mad:

OH...yeah.....the Stihl color imposter! Someone is going to be 'educated' with that one! (I know you just want them back!)

Sorry to hear about this! You should have enough pics to give the police to help them out.

Do you have a lot of pawn shops in your area?

Did they take your Mini Mac?

Wonder if they were on foot and the others were to heavy to carry any distance. Or they knew you and had a slight concious as to the ones that they knw meant the most to you.

Suck ether way.

I am thinking of cabling all my valuable ones together.

Dang man i feel for you i hope you catch the low lifes that did it and hopefully get your stuff back before they get rid of it.

Probably crackheads they'll steal dirty underwear if it'll get em another rock nothing has any value to them all that matters is if it gets a rock.

Sorry for your losses. I know the feeling! It is not cool. My apartment was broken into and everthing of value that was electronic was gone. My tv my cd player, My cassette player and tuner all gone. I have an idea you took it but couldnt prove it. The cops caught the dude with a bunch of stolen goods two months later but none of it was mine. Hope you recover what was taken from you. Your title for your thread attracted my attention fot its uniquness.

My sympathy for your loss. Being invaded, and your posessions ripped off makes one so sick and suspicious of all kin and acquaintences. It's terrible, just terrible.

Suks for sure... Hate to hear that....

Sounds to me like it may have been kids or teenagers that stole your stuff. If a adult would have taken it they more than likely would have taken a whole lot more. Start looking at the young-ins in your area, this is where I would start. Just sayin...

Real sorry my friend, hope you catch them. We put up trail game cameras, that's how we cught people stealing from one of the ranches we hunt. Cabelas 125-150 bucks each or less.

i wish i can say i know how you feel but i can't,, i have never been broken into yet,, in this part of the country 99.999999% of the people have guns are not afraid to use them,,, around here it is shoot first and ask questions 2nd,, i feel for any one that might try to break into any of my neighbors places or my place,, they will think a hundred times over before they did it again,,,,, i hope you find out who the sob that did it and get your stuff back

geese so sorry to here that I have a few myself and worry about all my other stuff as well.
Up here we have a small weekly magazine called Uncle Henrys it is a buy swap sell sawp mag. If you have one in your area ask a buddy from the nearest town but not your town to place an add asking for leads on used saws paying top dollar sort of thing see if he gets any bites. good luck buddy.

sorry to hear that jacob. totally sucks. makes you want to hide out in the shop some night and flail the invader. did that once, noone showed up. lucky for me, might've done some cross-bar time cause i was beyond pizzed. i'm assuming your door was locked and no sign of forced entry. how many people got access to your shop? got to be a limited number.

Jerry thats exactly what im doing tonight! Me and my .38 have a date with a couple idiots.

Found more stuff missing, crowbars, my impact guns (new makita drill set) :(

Found the spot they got in, pictures in a min.

That's the logic the local police were using while investigating a large number of cases of pop stolen from a Pepsi Bottleing Company. As the day drew on, and the sun passed over, the police looking for clues around the outside of the plant suddenly noticed a bright reflection coming from the field behind the plant. Low and behold the bottle caps of the stashed cases of pop were reflecting the sun rays. The young lads were captured a few nights later as they returned to their treasure.
