Does anyone have a lead on some NLA 056 clutch side bearings/seals? I know they are hard to cough up if you have them but... Pretty Please!?!?!
I'd take the 1 piece or the two piece style. I'm collecting parts for a winter restoration on a 056magII! TIA!

2piece:
Bearing: 9523 003 4460
Seal: 9640 003 2690

1 Piece:
9523 003 0440

I'll see how many sets I have left.

Long shot, but I don't suppose anyone here has a good cylinder and maybe a piston for a Remington SL7A. This is the big 95cc mother.

Mine is only pumping 110 psi hot and I can see a fair amount of plating missing thru the exhaust. Still starts and idles easily enough. I don't enough about these to say the PL7A will work, but the SL matches the PL7A IPL.

Thanks, Chris B.

cool thanks man! any chance you still have any of those 056 MagII decals/tags left? Worst case senerio I'll put clear laminate over the tag and razor out the Magnum II and then spray paint it orange. paint bleed and inaccurate razor work won't be nearly as nice as those tag/decals I saw you put out!

Yeah, but I tried to helicoil it and ####ed up the threads.:(

Did you take it back and get a refund?

No matter. I have heard tell of a wizard, in a far away land, that can mend the unmendable. If I can save up enough magic beans I believe he would perform his miracle on the aforementioned threads.

Bully. Which is odd given that you're a cow. :cow::poop:

Anyone have a MS362 with a bad top end that they would be willing to part with? I have a saw in a box project and I am looking to rebuild it. I have some stihl chains, a couple pieces of crumpled cotton with ink stains and a few saws for trading material.

Are good 070 parts as expensive and hard to find as I think they are?

Trying to hook up a poor dude in Papua New Guinea who has CAD. He's also the sole chainsaw geek for an entire village.

It's actually an interesting story about this guy. . . I'm thinking of starting a thread on it.

BTW, he pays $147 (US) for a 115 DL semi chisel chain there. :msp_thumbdn:
