I had a guy tell me one time that he would take a case of the bull head clap if it was free.

I told him he was out of his mind for saying that. But he was nothing but a hoarder tho. He had everything you could think of.

I broke my choke lever off on my Poulan Pro 395. It was the flat gray one but I can use any from a 3400-4000 as well.

Got things to trade or you know....

Dang sorry Mark just gave a 3400 parts saw away to a friend that needed a few parts off of it.

how similar are the poulan 3400 and 3700

Got a Poulan 3400 saw trying to revive. Having trouble finding parts for it. Piston is good (chrome). Needs rings and probably crank-seals. Looking like gonna need intake gasket and jug gasket. Wondering if there are any parts out there that will interchange.

There not similar at all i don't think. I know the 3400 and the 3800 poulan's will interchange with each other. But i don't know about the 3400 and the 3700. Mark will know that answer

3400 3700 3800 &4000 are all the same saw minus a few small differences. The only this that change are piston and cylinder, air filter top, and some handle loop guards. All p/c sets will fit on the other #s.

3400 and 3800 are plain cylinders and chrome pistons and the others are chrome bore and plain pistons.

Craftsman 3.4s are 3400s and the red craftsman 3.7s are either 3700 or 3800s. The later grey 3.7s are 3800s.
