while your coming up with all these grand ideas of how to make things go smoother, can you figure a way to find me some good help on the small engine stuff so I can get back to porting sooner rather than later. right now the sign out front says now accepting applications. apply by resume.minimum 10 yrs verifiable experience. so far no on e has been qualified enough to be a sanitation engineer in my shop. help ,help, help, ive fallen (behind) and I cant catch up.....
In order to have people we can depend on in the Army, we train them. Ten years experience doing anything is really of little use if the experience is not in doing things to your standard. The only way to determine that is to train them from the get go. A journeyman small engine mechanic is not looking for work. If they are, you don't want them working on your stuff.

ROXXXAAANNNNEEE!!! That is a great name for a female staph. Maxine, Lady, Princess, Harley, Shadow.. are too common!!!

What do you want to yell in the woods when yer dog is rolling in some old white-tail carcass or pile of fish bones???

Rocks-Anne!!! Good sound that a dog will pay attention to.

sorry, back to our regular dialog, and yep, schedule by appt. only keeps the chaos at bay

I had a golden that was officially "snickerdoodle" but was just called Doodle. Then there was Blackie the flat coat retriever. Can you guess her color? I think my next dog will be a Max.

It takes two years to train someone to spray weeds if they know nothing. You can never train someone who already knows how they think it should be done.
The cycle of going back to jobs the following year and seeing what your long term results are is frustrating with a new employee, but new guys will at least learn. When you don't have time to train someone, and you can't afford someone to **** up it is really hard.

There is always the possibility of someone who does know what they are doing and might be looking into relocating. I am so sick of NY......
