I tried something with this one I had never done before, chicken stock an entire head of garlic you can see at 12 oclock cooked in the pressure cooker with freshground pepper and kosher salt for 4 hours in the crockpot before adding the veggies. meat was incredible!

venison is tough to cook for me, it has such a great flavor I hate to cover it up. some people make tacos and teriyaki, seems like a waste to me.
