Ok I will look into it further. I think I will remove wire from coil and snip off a bit to give it clean wire for a fresh bite on the screw. Likewise at the plug cap if possible. Looks like maybe the plug boot is glued to wire?

Well a lot of these electronic igns have to yanked pretty hard to get them to show much spark at recoil speeds.... not like the old points models which generally will produce a serious spark at recoil speed. Hope it is going to operate properly for you.... 670 is a smart saw, especially the late one piece ign models!!
Yes I'm really excited to run this saw. Like I said before it had noisey bearings so got new bearings and seals. I cleaned up the ports a bit, deleted base gasket (squish measured at .026"), and opened up exhaust a bit. Hoping it runs strong, ran pretty strong before.
Yep they use the almost exact same cyl as the Husky 268XP as far as port size and timing just uses a different intake and an external impulse. Same piston. The 61 in my sig is a real serious tool. I have a Champ in pieces under the bench that is in super condition.... just need some time to get it together!!!
That 61 does sound like a good runner. One of my cutting buddies has a stock 61 and even that is a real nice running saw.
The 670 is my favorite saw. I have owned literally dozens of them over the years. I currently have 8 or 9 of them. I know they weigh a little more than some newer saws, but there is something about the way they feel, balance, and handle that I have not found in a newer saw.
Another few minutes and it'll be together I'm hoping....
That's right, the early 670's had a two coil system I read.
The 621/801/80/90 coils where the spark wire is attached to the coil....they will not unscrew without ruining the attachment there. The spark plug end is conventional with either a screw or a barb......seen both.

Well it's together, runs and sounds great. 
I'm excited to try this one out. I don't have a manual, anyone got initial carb settings? It is currently set at 1.75 out on L and about .75 out on H.

If it's a Tilly....try HIGH @1 out and LOW @1/1/4-1 1/2 out.
You'd be better to work up to HIGH @3/4 out, than to start with that. Make sure it 4strokes OK @3/4 out on HIGH.

Ok will give that a shot. I thought the settings it had were way off. It had bad crank bearings and maybe bad seals, those settings might have been compensating for those issues.
Now onto my next problem. Decided to start looking over the 2095. Throttle return spring is not seated correctly. Somebody know how it's secured? It has a squared off end that must engage with something on carb body.
Does it hook around this rounded area underneath?

Try this as I think it's how it's wrapped. Take the tag end with the yellow arrow and move it to where the red arrow is. The other end will likely rest on the throttle shaft. Not sure about that as I can't see behind the crank.
My brother has a 2094 sitting around, I’ll try to get pics of how it’s set up for you later this afternoon.
The 2094 is set up differently;rod linkage. The 2095 has a cable linkage.

I tried moving that spring up and still not right. I hate that this is so simple yet I can't figure it out.

Some of them aren't that simple. At first thought the spring was on the shaft reversed. Not too many users pull the throttle shafts though.
What model is the carb? i'm thinking HS 265 according to bit of info.

This is just a suggestion but does the straight end of the spring that is sitting on the carb body go in the slot with the red arrow?
I've asked Kensie to either post a pic here of the throttle assembly or send it to me and I'll post it later this evening.
