Can anyone (that is you Spike - ) explain why the large pattern bar mount of the 562xp adds .4 lbs over the 560xp????

Am I the only one thinking that 4.7hp from a 60cc saw isn't that surprising? Previous generations of saws were pushing that mark.

I don't think it does. You know how much faith I place in those specs.
There are other instances where saws are listed with the same weight, but have differences that SHOULD produce different numbers, such as a cat muffler or wrap handle.
My specs are I pick it up, and it either feels good or it doesn't.

It's magic!

Just a guess, but I suspect it was a marketing goal to offer a sub-12 lb. 60 cc saw. To achieve this weight, the case could not be made strong enough to support the stress of longer bars, thus, there are two 60 cc models, a robust case design for longer bars, and a lightweight case for shorter bars.
Or I could just be talkin' out of my arse.
all these EPA saws are coming out just as the Global warming scam is falling apart.
I'm sure that this has already been asked but here it goes anyway. If you muffler mod the auto tune engine, will it adjust accordingly?
