antivibe mounts for 024

I've heard people saying the stock mounts for the 024 and 26 are too soft, so I'm asking, what mounts can I put in their place to make them a bit stiffer?
Would antivibe mounts from something like an 044, or similar saw work?
Sorry if this has been covered already, but I searched the pages, and didnt come up with anything.

Have you ever had any problems with your mounts? Just curious because I haven't noticed any difference in them being soft anymore than I have my 046, 038, 029's and so on. I have replaced them on saws from just being worn out. But I have never heard about them being to soft.

Hey Curt, long time no see.generally I find the mounts too soft for my liking, and would like a slightly harder type, like something from an 044 if its possible

that is interesting oldsaw. Bill, you know I still have that old heavy @ss beast....lol...I am gonna have to make room for it in my shop and start cleaning the bar, chain and handles.
