Anyone Still Burning Firewood?

32* this mornin' and a good fire going. Been burning almost daily it seems.

Yep still burning, only junk and slabs thankfully, mosts nights it dips to the lower 30's. No bugs and no mud so far, I will glady burn year round for the trade off!

Did a couple of woodstove fires over the last two weeks.
It's been dipping down to 6 overnight and makes for a chilly morning, especially if it's been raining too.
Almost feels like Scotland in the Spring, even very foggy on the way to work at 5:00am
I do like Hamish and burn my junk wood and oddball pieces in this weather.

My friend at the country quickstore where I do my bundles is from India. He told me today in his home town it hit 115F, and he popped open an app on his phone and checked, it was 1am their time over there (little city outside Bombay), 90F even.

and it is not summer yet.....
