It probly weights less than a pruning saw.

This saw's light weight makes up for the fractions of seconds it may lose on a 8" to 10" cut against a larger saw.

The above MS Deuce Eleven should only be used with the bottom of the bar because of the Single Bar Nut . It just can't take the abuse of upper cuts. But this rugged lil Poulan is super for limbing up or down. I use a sharp pro chain, and it's hard to beat.

Mastermind only runs stock saws.....he don't believe in all that porting witchcraft and feels warm and cosey with a 150t.

LOL set on that little husky now aye. i prefer a 390xp with 36" bar for limbing.

I don't own one, but I'm surprised no on mentioned the 241 C. Expensive, but a good performer from what I hear.

i prefer the 011AV for limbing its very light and nimble even with a 16'' bar.

I limb with the saw that put the tree on the ground, usually a 395 or 660 and occasionally a 372 all with 24 or 28" bars.

I got my ms 200 for $125 at a pawn shop. I'd like the 150.

While I had a MM346 & 200t with me, the 046 with 28" bar was my choice today. I ptefer its reach and no nonsense way.

Echo 330T.

Right weight, right price, right amount of durability.

Mine with a 14" Oregon has more hours on it than all of my saws combined. Never an issue that was its own. And I bought in new 13 years ago.
