CS-600P 2012 Model Coil Limit to 11500RPM?

Ok, I finally got the tach out on my CS-600P to tune it. Spec says WOT should be 12500. It seems that it's hitting 11500 and is limited; it tachs exactly 11500! Anybody know if they changed the limit from the pre 2012 model updates?

Ok, tuned it a bit more, it's making 12500. I guess I had richened it a lot more then I planned to when tuning by ear.
