The oven, a useful tool. I had no issues getting mine on once I discovered the points.

Mines still in pieces needing the boot installed. And it had a hand numbing vibration.
After crunching the numbers on what it needed to make it reliable saw I stopped and cut my loses.
With what it needs to make it a grab and go saw takes all the hype out of a having a 200t to start with.
A real 200t is a saw that has a lot of power and low problems.

This never was a grab and go saw. Lol. This is not a real Stihl. How you thought it was or should be, not sure how you came around to that. It needs the boot, screws, carb, carb stubs. That's not a long list.

You can buy you a stihl saw that has had a lot of use for maybe 600$. You will have less in this kit.

The more I think about your post I would bet it whipped you and your feelings are hurt. You can whip it if you try. You are responsible for building kit saws and over coming road blocks. I make videos that give you a clear road.

You are wiser than most, you can’t buy a fake Rolex for a fraction of the cost and expect anything but a souvenir. Bedford t sells these things so he’ll say anything to make you feel like it’s a good deal, it ain’t! It’s not your fault that you couldn’t polish that turd.

Find a machine shop, or a friend with a manual lathe. Put the lathe in neutral, or the highest speed gear (you won't turn on the lathe). Chuck the PTO side of the crank in the headstock, put a dial indicator capable of measuring 0.001" +/- 0.0005" on the flywheel side of the shaft and slowly rotate the headstock/chuck while you measure runout on the dial indicator. For extra measure, put the flywheel side in the chuck and measure on the PTO side of the crank if you saw any movement of the needle. You should be less than 0.001" for a straight and true crank. Anything over 0.005" and you should replace.
You can do it on vee blocks too.

Your bat **** crazy! Your own words you call it a clone/copy. When is yours going to run? Or has it whipped your ass? There is a couple more problems that I ran across that you haven’t listed or mentioned. Mine was running but I seen the boot after looking for the vibration. It feels like a Orange poulan wild thing. Where’s a running vid?

I know who your are. Besides a dumbass. You sign up to make stupid posts, what's this your 5th name. I am going to teach you a lesson. I hate to do it, but stupid is as stupid does. I hope it does not effect your family.

Lol you must be bedford T justice’s go to guy or consultant. Yours looks good but doesn’t look like it’s cut much wood yet.

Your missing what I wanted in the kit. I want to put it together and have a saw that fits and runs good. Is that to hard to ask? Huztl had to know these parts need refining. Why put it out if it’s doent work with the parts supplied?
I think they want their customers to be a test mule and spend their own hard earned $ to work the bugs out for them. Who’s at fault? I guess me for buying one. That’s all I wanted and I didn’t find it here. So I’m done with mine. You all can carry on. [emoji1422]
