I know this is an old topic but I wanted to chime in that the 562XP is junk. I had a ton of problems with stuff breaking and my saw only traveled 20 feet from the building to where I cut and never saw any rough use. I bought a Dolmar 6100 and haven't looked back.

Warm/hot start issues: yes
Cracked clutch drums: yes
Leaking gasket: yes
Top cover clips broken: yes
Muffler bolts loosening: yes
Front hand guard too fragile: yes
Wiring for heated handles broken: yes
Av spring easily broken: yes (partly own fault)
Cracked muffler: yes
Hesitation: yes

Is that enough?

Well, I guess I should get rid of the piece of junk 562 I've had for 5 years. Even though it's not had a single problem?
