I'm well aware of Homelite's current reputation for building crappy equipment at best, but I am somewhat intrigued by the 360. Could this be a saw worth having, or is it garbage like the rest of the modern day Homies?

Thanks for your input.

The 360 has been one of HOMELITE's better saws. Higher RPM's than the SXLwith similar Cu. In., w/rubber anti-Vibe (which need replacement every 8-10 years along with the rubber Connector/Boot.

Very durable saws, but pretty heavy. I wouldnt want to use one all day, but for felling or bucking it is a pretty decent saw

I'm going to wait for the right deal on one in near mint condition, and give it a try. I bought a brand new Super XL back in '95, thinking it was the same quality saw Homelites used to be. I ended up selling it cheap just to get rid of it. I remember when Homelite ruled the woods out West. Too bad things have changed.
