BTW I use the Stihl to Husqvarna Bar Adaptor Plate Item No#10030 For $12.99 from Bailey's on my Sugi's. I have a few. One also on my 2172 and 365/372 hybrid....and on my 238...

I used to take simple nuts and grind them to the bar thickness, file the flats to slip fit into the bar. Drill the threads out to slip fit over the bar studs. Did that with Stihl to big Homelites and the odd sized Jonsereds still.
